We advise to wear something comfortable and that would allow you to move freely.
Bring a small towel to wipe all the sweat running after hard work.
Also, bring a water bottle as you’ll be thirsty after working out.
Bring some comfortable shoes for dancing.
No! Whether you’ve danced before or not, we will learn everything from the beginning. We all have been there and our teachers will be there to guide you. Our students are very supportive and help each other in the process of learning.
In case you get tired, feel free to have a brake and rest.
Our teachers would never ask for you to do more than you feel comfortable with. Take brakes whenever you feel that you need one and if there is a move that you feel is not comfortable, ask teacher for an alternative variation.

That is absolutely fine. However, we normally have a demo of the moves learnt during the class that students like to film for future practice. If you need to leave earlier, you could ask your peers to take a video and share it with you later.
We advise to take into consideration what dancing entails and if you have any medical conditions please seek for a professional advise.
